NLS Staff Communication Protocol
Being a staff member in an organization presents challenges when it comes to communication. Oftentimes, we find ourselves wondering who we should go to regarding various organizational topics. As a way to clarify the communication protocol at the New London-Spicer School District, we have created this “Chain of Command”, or where to begin the communication sequence regarding organizational situations for a point of reference. Many questions are able to be fully and easily answered through direct communication with the responsible employee. Direct communication is the most effective communication practice and will assist in maintaining a positive working environment. Each situation should first be addressed at level one before proceeding to the next level of communication.
