Welcome Parents & Students to ISD 345

  • New London-Spicer Schools strive to graduate well-rounded citizens who will be ready for post-secondary opportunities and/or the work force. We realize that this mission starts at a young age and are committed to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment that fosters growth for even our youngest learners. Our elementary school encourages ROAR (Respect, Ownership, Attitude, and Responsibility) behaviors for all students. These expectations follow our students throughout their K-12 experience. Our staff not only model these behaviors but also reward our students displaying positive behaviors.
We want our students to flourish, and we believe by exploring and finding their strengths and interests, they will. Our schools and Community Education provide a variety of programs that support the interests and educational needs of all from birth to senior citizens. Our dedicated staff delivers rigor in curriculum where all students have the opportunity to excel. We include parents, the community and businesses as key members of our educational team and believe it will always remain crucial to the success of each child. Through this partnership, we continually equip our students with skills to meet the challenges that await them.
