New London-Spicer Facilities Requests are managed through our Community Education Office. To assist you with your facility requests, you can look at our district wide calendar which is viewable to the public to avoid conflicts when planning. Please Note: All facilities will remain locked and unavailable for use without an APPROVED Facilities Request.

How do I reserve a space?
1) Complete the Facility Request Google Form
2) Wait for approval from the Community Education Department
3) If at any point you no longer need use of a facility - please notify our Community Education Department by phone or email to cancel your reservation and make it available for others.
